Calhoun County ISD has investigated a situation where a group of students used inappropriate language in email conversations and through social media, violating the student code of conduct. Some of the discussion was repeated by others and fueled rumors of alleged violence. Calhoun County ISD fully investigates every report and rumor of concern, and there was no credibility found in this case. Families of the students involved were contacted and have been very supportive. Calhoun County ISD school and events will continue as planned.
